About Master Craft

At Master Craft our mission is based on value oriented service -  to provide the highest quality service at reasonable prices. We are independently owned and operated.  We have been cleaning the Dayton area since 1991 and have been a faithful member of the Better Business Bureau since 1992.  We are one of only several Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) Certified Firms in the Dayton area and have held that designation continuously since 1995.

What is an IICRC Certified Firm?

The IICRC is an independent certifying body that promotes ethical business practices and high technical standards within the inspection, cleaning and restoration service industry.

As an IICRC Certified Firm, Master Craft commits to:

1. Present accurate information to consumers and conduct business with honesty and integrity.

2. Have a certified technician on every job who has been formally trained and satisfactorily passed all required exams.

3. Have a continuing education program to keep technicians up-to-date on the latest industry changes.

4. Maintain liability insurance to protect you in the event of an accident.

5. Maintain a complaint program which agrees to Better Business Bureau or similar arbitration to resolve disputes.

Beginning in 2008, Shaw Industries (one of the largest of U.S. carpet manufacturers) is changing its policies such that some warranties will mandate the use of only IICRC Certified Firms to service carpets manufactured by Shaw.  Carpets cleaned by Master Craft will satisfy this requirement.
